How Do I Get Started?

You can apply for a card by clicking on the Sign Up button at the top right of this website.

How do I get a replacement if my card is lost or stolen?

Call our DPO Card Support services line +254 741 549 517 / +254 793 077 617 or email us on support@dpocard.com and report the card lost/stolen. A replacement card will be ordered at a fee of USD 5.00. In case, of an emergency or urgency a non-personalized Instant card can be provided. 

How many currencies does the DPO Card hold?

The DPO Card is a multi-currency Prepaid card that has a pool of sixteen wallets. However, six wallets can be active at any one time. 

How do I load my Card?

Settlement from DPO:

  • Simply send an email to support@dpocard.com instructing the DPO team to settle your funds to your DPO Card.

Once you complete the application we will create a DPO Card account for you to act as a self care portal. Your DPO Card account will allow you to:

What is a DPO Card?

The DPO Card is a Commercial prepaid Mastercard solution, which allows our merchants, partners to make payments online, at merchant outlets and ATM’s worldwide at all MasterCard outlets. 

How does the DPO Card work?

The card works like any other card for purchase of goods and services at any merchant outlets or ATM which accept MasterCard.

 

How Do I Activate My DPO Card?

Once you receive your card, login to your DPO Card account mentioned above and click on “Activate Card” on the home page. Enter your card details for activation.

Will the card be automatically renewed?

The card will be automatically renewed a month before the expiry date as long as the card has been active for a period of 6 months before expiry.

Where Do I Pick Up My DPO Card?

During the application we will capture your address details which we’ll use to mail you your card. Please ensure to enter the correct / up-to-date details.
